Context

BelFoot FC wants to leverage AI/ML for operational and sporting advantages. Key use cases include crowd density prediction for stadium safety, injury risk assessment for player management, and fan churn prediction for marketing.

Decision

Deploy Azure AI Foundry as the centralized AI/ML platform. Models are trained on historical data from the Databricks lakehouse and served as real-time inference endpoints consumed by Stadium Management (crowd prediction) and Player Performance (injury risk).
