IT¶

The IT group provides shared infrastructure that every other group depends on: identity management (Entra ID), event-driven integration (Service Bus), data platform (ETL + Power BI), the Databricks lakehouse, and AI/ML capabilities. These are the horizontal enablers that tie the landscape together.
